wordpad has taken over most of the programmes on my computer, can somebody please tell me how I can solve it, I haven't got a clue what to do.

Not certain what you mean "taken over" - But sounds like your computer has virus or other infection. Run Antivirus scan & download run Malwarebytes Antimalware scanner.
