i would like to build a new pc with all ROG parts. any good builds with or without liquid cooling.

Asus doesn't make CPUs, or PSUs. They have a variety of products from partners that support Aura Sync, where you could download the program and sync everything in color ( Link: https://www.asus.com/campaign/aura/us/Sync.html ). But if you want to RED HOT ROG LOOKING STYLE, take these:

If some components are not listed, they don't have appearance of ROG on it, which means you can pick anything you want.

Motherboard: Asus ROG
RAM: Avexir Impact or Red Tesla, ROG Certified http://www.avexir.com/product/ROG/impact.html
