Question Working fan but it says "CPU Fan Failure"

Small issue but every time I turn on my pc it beeps twice and then says "CPU Fan Failure" and at that point the fan isn't spinning but then when I boot into windows it spins up. My fans are set to run max speed and have been replaced with nice new Noctua fans

Full system specs: Lenovo thinkcentre m83 with an i5 4570, 20gb ddr3, gtx 750 ti, and 3 drives.

Fan: Noctua redux 92mm 1600 RPM 3 pin fan
