Building a B450 AORUS PRO (WIFI) board with a Ryzen 5 3600 in a Panzer Max case. I am down to getting the memory and the CPU heatsink. Decided on a low profile solution not just over DIMM clearance concerns but feel it is more visually appealing to me. RGB enabled is a must, any suggestions?

Solution
That just leaves you with a hybrid cooler with an LED block.
Top-down air cooler? Forget it; all the LED ones suck.

EK-AIO 240
Corsair H100i Elite Capellix
Cooler Master ML240R
Deepcool Castle 240EX
Just a few samples - there's more options than that, of course.

Thanks for the quick response, I will keep those in mind, should I decide on a liquid system. I should have mentioned also I am trying to avoid this as a solution. But thank you very kindly and will keep your suggestions in mind, cheers
