Workstation Build Help

Hi, i have a budget of $2200, and i need a workstation to work with 3rendering, video editing and to connect to a digital canvas to draw on photoshop and illustrator.

This are the build i have in mind, but i dont know much about motherboard choice, SPU, and case size.

By only having 1 DIMM per socket, you are giving up 3/4 of the memory bandwidth on those CPUs. 4DIMMs per socket for maximum performance.
For $800 in CPU costs you can probably get a single Threadripper or i9 that will have higher clock speed than the Xeons.
