workstation / home renderfarm +/- 2200$

hello,

I'm going to build workstation for architecture and 3d visualisation. I'm working in Revit and 3ds Max with Vray. I did a research and finally made this configuration.

I can't complete everything at once so i will start with single xeon e5-2630v4 (only for rendering) without gpu or with something cheap, and leter i will expand of a second one.
I care about numer of cores/threads to speed up rendering.
I wonder if it is a good configuration.

Any help/tips/advice would be hugely recommended.

You'll need some way to get video but it looks good.

Thank you. And if i want to overclock Cpu , should i think about liquid cooling?

See how well those coolers do and then see how much better you would need.

Xeon CPUs cannot be overclocked if I am not mistaken, as the multipliers are locked.
