After connet dial-up, my workstation not responding in
local network !

My OS is Windows NT 4.0

So are you saying that you have a LAN connection and a dial up and when your
on the dial up the LAN doesn't work? You will probably have to add a route
for the LAN connection since the dial up will most likely take over your
default gateway and send all traffic out the dial up connection.

Uncheck "Use default gateway on remote network" on the TCP/IP
Settings.

Won't that affect the dial up? But I guess is sort of depends what he is
doing with the dial up.

Sure does :)

In a LAN environment with a internet gateway if you're doing a dial-up
to a customer site odds are you don't want your default gateway reset
to your customers network.

If he's doing dial-up to get internet access then he probably does
want that to be the default.

All we can do is guess.
