So my girlfriend asked me to build her a computer I'm thinking I pretty much know everything else about what needs to be in this build but I can't decide if I should look at workstation cards or go with standard desktop graphics cards.

The programs she'll be using are Corel Painter,
Photoshop, Adobe Flash professional, specifically and others along those lines so the focus is on photoshop things probably video editing too and the only game she likes to play is the sims.

I have never personally tried playing with photoshop or the like Im just not good with making pretty pictures so I haven't a clue what the program runs like with what I was thinking a card with 1-2GB on it and wasn't sure what difference it would make if I went workstation or like something I would put in a build to play bioshock help me out? please and thank you for your help.

Solution
well, unless she is active in the cad department, she'll be fine with 750ti - as it is quiet and most artist need quiet machines that will not distract them 😀
