I'd recommend changing the power supply because it's overkill. Replace it with an EVGA 850 T2. Much more appropriate and much more reliable.

Also, don't need dual-rad water cooling for a Xeon. The increased risk and lower reliability are not offset by the extra cooling in this case. Get a Cryorig H7 instead.
