Build Advice Workstation PC for Fastest Possible Disk Read Speed

Hey,

I am looking to build a new workstation PC and I would like to get some advice. The most important thing about this PC is read speed, I want it to open Databases as fast as possible. Budget is around 1'000$, no peripherals, no OS, just for the PC. Looking to build it this year. Want to run W10. I don't care about gaming, but it has to be able to run 2 monitors. Here is what I have been looking at:

2. MSI MPG X570
3. 980 pro 500Gb
4. G.skill Aegis 32Gb
5. G force GT 710
6. Cooler Master Elite V3 600W
7. SilentiumPC Signum SG1V EVO

The 980 Pro is about the fastest around. Nothing wrong with your parts selection.
But database access also relies on the construction of the DB.
