Question Workstation

I'm planning to build my new workstation as a freelancer, I'm using many softwares :

3dsmax ( modeling and rendering )
Zbrush
Keyshot
Substance painter
Aftereffects ( c4d , and première sometimes )
Photoshop, illustrator

My budget is around : 2500€

Any suggestions will be more than welcomed.

What are your data storage needs?

Is this just the tower or also a monitor, keyboard, mouse, tablet, &c?
