Macrium Reflect is a great backup solution.

And Veeam for work.

I use Windows Server Essentials 2012R2 to do automated backups of my 4 desktops and one laptop.

Incremental backups are done on an automated daily/weekly/monthly/annual hierarchy.

Very simple and efficient to restore either a single file or to do full, bare metal restore.

Macrium Reflect can mount it's backup as a virtual drive and with you permission you can do anything wit files in them, just like with any other drive or partition. ,
