I installed Windows 10 on a new PC build as well as Kaspersky AV. I also installed World of Tanks but I cannot login into WOT. Everytime I try it says server does not respond.

I also have an older Windows 7 machine next to me and I am able to login to WOT with that PC.

I have disabled Windows Firewall and my AV on the Windows 10 PC but still not allowing me to get into WOT.

I tried running as an admin and have also pinged WOT servers using CMD and good there.

Any ideas?

Solution
a common issue with Anti-Virus is even with it disabled it will continue to block/filter network traffic to some degree. Remove Kaspersky and retry; post results.
that worked, crazy. Had the same issue on the World of Tanks and Kaspersky forums and could not get an answer.

Do I get another AV or is there a fix to Kaspersky?

you might be able to reinstall Kaspersky and from the get-go setup exceptions or turn off network filtering during installation. it's about 50/50 whether it'll actually understand and do what you want or go back to blocking you out. I personally love Kaspersky products but it seems like they may jump the gun on their next OS implimentation/support. If reinstalling and setting your game folder/network ports/etc as exceptions don't work, Bitdefender is always an option. just depends on if/what you paid for Kaspersky.
