GIGABYTE GA-880GMA-USB3 AM3+ AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

AMD Phenom II X6 1075T Thuban 3.0GHz 6 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Six-Core Desktop Processor

SAPPHIRE 100314-3L Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

With this, would I be able to run World of Warcraft:Cataclysm in Ultra settings?

Solution
Lol, rich boss with ego problems. 😛

A Phenom II X4 955BE + AM3+ board + 4GB RAM + HD 6850 is gonna maxx the game at 1920x1080. Anything more powerful is fine, but will not make in difference in the quality at which the game runs.
I run ultra on an X3 435 (unlocked to a quad)@3.2GHz with a sapphire 5770 sat on an AsRock m3a770de,
Your proposed build is well overkill for W/oW hehe 😛
unless you do anything more cpu intensive with it, I would drop the chip to a 955be
and post the other intended components, monitor resolution psu etc, dont want you buying a pos psu :)
*Edit what is the resolution of said highdef lcd? 1920x1080? 1650x 1050? check your display properties to find out or post model number

Oh! I do have one more question... I don't know if you guys play WoW but do you have a rough idea what my Framerate might be? I have a really good Internet connection and my computer will be connected via Ethernet.

With a 6750 I can use Ultra settings (1920x1200) except for max view distance, so you should be fine. The 6870 has a lot more bandwidth.
