This is my first time building my own pc. I would like to achieve ultra settings and no lag. Im trying to save money also!

Also what gpu would be optimal
And what power supply and wattage?
Can i get away with just a ssd for now? Will this one work?

Mobo: Asus p8b75-m
Cpu: i5 3470 ivy bridge
Gpu: 7850 or 7950?
Ram: g. Skill ripjaws 4 gb
Power supply?
Ssd: samsung 840 series 120 gb
