He's asking for some specific players, and there are a variety of personalities in the WoW community. Some are popular for particular talent and ability, while others are popular for streaming and making relatively useless videos. So google isn't going to be much help Brett. There's no way for someone in Kwippy's shoes to differentiate between the former and the latter and google results won't do it for him.
Try this link for a lot of pvp instructional videos: http://www.arenajunkies.com/videos/
And below are some players who have present and past videos that are worth a watch. Some of the information that you might garner from them could be outdated, but it's good for building general perspective of how the game is played.
Reckful (Rogue), Hydra (Priest), Hoodrych (Warrior), Neilyo (Rogue), Khuna (Rogue), Woundman (Rogue), Original (Rogue), Curse 3 Duel (Rogue), Sodah (Priest), Vanguards (Ret Pal), Rykinia (Hunter), Ballplaya (Hunter), Jigs (DK), Dahis (Warrior), Kenwood (Warlock), Drakedog (Warlock), Loincloth (Hunter), Gameking (Mage), Pookz (Mage). There are tons more but these are just a few that came to mind that are recent enough to be at least very remotely relevant.
As far as PVE is concerned, beyond watching videos of a certain fight that you are working on, there isn't much to be learned from watching videos. The majority of PVE class-specific instructional videos are made by people who have far too high an opinion of their own abilities, and usually convey bad habits reflective of the quality of the person making the video. The only high quality fight-instructional website was www.learntoraid.com which was managed by US-Vodka but they do not appear to have updated instructional videos for the new MoP expansion. Similarly there is www.tankspot.com, which is managed by lesser guilds many of whom are borderline sub-par. Take information from that website with a grain of salt.
If you're working on a fight and curious about how to execute it, good guild videos to reference would be (in no particular order): US-Vodka, EU-Paragon, EU-Irae AoD, EU-Affenjungs Inc, TW-Stars. This is not reflective of the top 5 at any given time, but these are all top guilds that in my past experience all seemed to utilize different approaches to executing fights (at least sometimes), so the variety can be insightful.
