No. Its not.
He just got a rather rare 100FSB P4 2.5 C1 stepping and cooled it with nice Liquid Nitrogen.
Liquid nitrogen has a BIOLING point of -196C, which explains the cpu temp.
At such low temps resistance is alot lower, and thermal energy produced is dissapated AMAZINGLY quickly and efficiently.
One can do amazing things with Liquid nitrogen, but it aint too practical.
Imagine having a PC in your room that need a huge cylinder of liquid nitrogen to cool it, requiring the cooler to be topped up every 15minutes or so and vapour pouring from your case all the time?
Then there is wear and tear on your components, components cracking and dying due to the temperatures involved and problems with ice formation.
Think ill stick with my MCX-462.
