Worried about AA

I'm kinda worried...

Once you play some of these awesome OFP mods--stuff that makes OFP ten and
a
hundred times better--you start to wonder if AA is going to match up?

I mean, let's face it, something like the DRS soundpack is incredible.
Will
AA have sound that is that good? That realistic?

I used to think the sounds in Ghost Recon were good until I go a hold of
some of these OFP soundpacks.

It will be a bit of a disappointment if I run out, buy AA, load it, and
then
hear something like Ghost Recon I when I'm already used to playing OFP
with
addons that are "better".

And the BAS addons? Will the men, the helos, the weapons, look as good as
the BAS addons?

I sure as heck hope so.

But, like I said, I'm a bit worried AA won't stack up to my expectations.

It doesn't matter. The OFP community has proven that it can create the
content that the community wants.

What we need B.I. to focus on is the ENGINE.

If the A.I., the graphics, and the physics, and the net code are good, the
community can take care of the rest.

I agree with Uzi.

What about Microsoft Windows? Or Linux? Do you care about newer versions of
specific application compilers? Well, maybe, you posted here :)

All are written primarily in C/C++

Enhancements to the compiler allow for more powerful programs.

Think of OFP AA and OFP2 as just better compilers. As Uzi said, the
community will provide the enhancements.

Lets put it like this.

The best of the best modellers and skinners that proved themselves on OFP
addons, are now working for................guess who?? Thats right.... BIS.

This I know for a fact.
