I Recently Bought a SAMSUNG SSD 960 EVO NVMe M.2 250GB and since my board is mATX and my cpu cooler is big and my gpu is extremely big as well i had to put my gpu in my second PCI_Express and so it covers my m2_1 port.(the m2_1 is behind the gpu) .i mounted my ssd behind the graphics because the m2_2 port is in front of my rams and ruins the looks of my case 😀.
is that okay that my m2 is behind my gpu ? dosent the heat from the gpu bother the ssd or make it throttle or ruin its lifetime ? my gpu is 45/47 idle and 70 on load (8-9 hours a day on load). my ssd temps on idle is 49(hw monitor) and 43(samsung magician smart) should i use the m2_2 slot next to my rams ? is it necessary ? or it wont get damaged or throttled at these temps during lifetime ? i read that its safe temps are 0-70 degrees . is it worth it to mount it vertically near the rams for the temps ? ( i had it on that slot and it was 39 degrees)

and another question i had a samsung 850 evo sata ssd 250 gb and switched to this m2 ssd and my boot speed even got higher 😀 (bios time is 12 sec right now/9-10 with 850evo) . whats wrong ? my ssd is genuine though . even alocating space for games on steam and restoring backups are very slower than my previous ssd. is is it normal ? here is its benchmark (no ram cache or cache-write enabled on it neither on my previous ssd) :

(i compared my write speed to same ssds other benchmarks its very low why is that ?! 🙁
and do the 2 m.2 ports have diffrence on my motherboard ? (speeds and ...).?

UPDATE : i enabled write cache in device manager on my ssd and my write speed got 1500 mb/s like advertised.
but im still worried about the temps and placement.

Thanks !

Update : i switched my ssd from behind my gpu m.2_1 to m.2_2 next to my rams that is in between my cpu cooler fan and case fan (between airflow) it's temps droped from idle 45-46 to 35. and about the speeds i was worried about it was because i disabled write/cache :| i turned it back on and i got 3400 mb/s read and 1500 mb/s write speed same as advertised and other people's benchs!
Problem Solved.
