Worried about my PSU and my new system I am setting up.

Hi.

I am worried about my New system and my PSU.

My New PC is going to be like this.

Win 8.1 OS
CM Storm Stryker Gaming (Big Tower)
ASUS P9X79 2011 socket
Intel Core i7-4930K
Corsair XMS3 1866MHz 32GB ( 8x4GB)
2 x Kingston HyperX 3K SSD 240GB (In Raid0 for OS)
2 x HDD's (1 for Movies/Epi(1TB/5200rpm) and 1 for Games(2TB/7200rpm))
Sapphier Radeon R9 295X2 8GB "OC"
ASUS R9 290X"DCII" (Yes, R9 290X and R9 295X2 works together, TriFire)
Optical Drive (BLURAY, CD, DVD)
Corsair H100i

And finally the PSU: Corsair AX 1200W

I will be OC'ing this to around 4400 or 4500 if possible, I will try.

Will this PSU handel this system?

This system is going to be build by my self in 2 days or so, it would be Nice to know if I should buy a better one, but the most W I can get in my country is 1250W and I dont want to wait for the item to arrive!

The case also have 6 additional fans. I will be removing two of them.

But would it be OK With a 1200? Here I can not get 1500w. And I don't want to wait for it from other countries.

It's no harm in trying? I have always had the best stuff, but this time I could not afford a New PSU, but I will try if you can say it will be no harm in trying? If it will not work, I will invest in a New PSU
