1.So im considering currently getting a new graphics card and power supply which is EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked ACX 2. and a Corsair CP-9020048-UK Builder Series CX 600W Power Supply. Will they fit into my case?

http://core0.staticworld.net/images/article/2013/07/1253503_sr_1160-100047023-orig.jpg-The image shows the exact inside of my case. Note after clicking on the link click the link again that says common base name.

2.So I was trying to practice by trying to take my current graphics card out. However it wont budge there seems to be two black things at the back of my case with two tiny bizarre looking screws on the top and bottom of them that seem to be holding my graphics card down so it wont budge. Any answers?

The left one is the one that seem to be holding it down.Note after clicking on the link click the link again that says common base name

thank you

1) The card will have plenty of room with the open gap between drive bays. The new PSU may be a bit longer than the old one, but should still fit.
2) I really can't tell from those stock photos what the "two tiny bizarre looking screws on the top and bottom" you are referring to. But sometimes, Dell installs added supports to the gfx cards for shipping purposes. Maybe you could post a pic of your PC?
