Worrying graphical issue only on windows 10, when minimizing or going back into games

This is the issue. It's not happening in Windows 7, but only in windows 10. I'm unsure how to fix this, and want to stay on Windows 10.

It doesn't happen on the computer, so I had to take an external screenshot using my phone. It's just worrying and I can't exactly find anything else about it, nor how to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated.

If a screenshot can't capture it, then maybe Windows 10 is having trouble with getting the monitor to display things properly. Have you tried reinstalling the graphics driver?

I've done it a few times, and installed older drivers, with no change. It goes back to normal after I'm fully in game, or out of game... It only happens during the transition to the desktop or to the game. It's not permanent.
