Worrying RealTemp results

Hi everyone,
I have an Intel i7 4710MQ, I have used the Real Temp sensor tests and these are the results:

I am a little worried because it is 1°C from the TJ Max. I don't know if there are some issues with the cooling, and I am here for help.

Please give us some more Information about your Setup...
I will just guess it is a Laptop isnt it?

And yes these Temps are pretty high even if it is a Laptop
