Worse framerate with better GPU (CSGO)

I was running an i5 4670k with a GTX760 and getting between 200-260fps.

Now that i've upgraded to a vega 56, my fps is 55-90. What's goin on here?

How are you measuring FPS? And what game settings/resolution on both GPUs?

Did you install the amd drivers?

Or, better yet, uninstall the Nvidia ones?

Yeah, old ones are gone and new ones are up to date
