After I upgraded to windows 11 I have a worse gaming experience. I belive what I experience is called stutter. Like if I wanna turn around in games like new world some time my characer doesnt move and thens suddenly jusps 180 degrees. This is not all the time but often enough that its quite annoying. Anybody else have issues like this or suggestions to things I can try? Did not have any issues like this with win 10. Have a rtx 3070, amd 3700x, 32 gb ram and gigabyte b450 gaming x mb. It is not only in new world but also other games like gears 5, and aliens elite fireteam.

The reason for such a deterioration in performance can likely be attributed to an update Microsoft released last year, which caused compatibility issues with various games as well as programs like Minecraft or Adobe Photoshop.
What does an update released last year have to do with Win 11, which was not announced until June this year, and only released Oct 5 this year?
