I've recently got myself a ssd. Installed everything fine and its working as intended. Wanted to play a bit of MW to check out the faster loading times but i've noticed that im getting less FPS now. When the game was on my HDD i got an avarage of 100FPS in Warzone but now i dropped to arround 60. Is this normal? Is there a way for me to fix it?

Something is off and it wouldn’t be the first time when installing new hardware a cooler had become loose. Use a program like MSIAfterburner or HWMonitor to monitor cpu temperature while gaming. Also run userbenchmark and share the public link to the results.
I actually installed 2 new case fans, my pc should be cooler then before haha
Here's the benchmark: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/38179673

It’s hard to tell, my guess is the whole system is being held back by the mix of RAM. I would try running the system with the 2x8gb in the correct motherboard slots for dual channel. That might help get the userbenchmark scores where they should be.

Because the UN scores are skewed I can’t really tell if any other component is underperforming and causing your problem. Monitor the cpu temperature when gaming using either of the software I suggested. Adding case fans wouldn’t help if for example the cpu cooler was loose/mid aligned which can happen when working inside the case if it gets knocked.

Thanks for the advice! The RAM should be the same, only difference is that 2 are 8gb and one is 16gb, thought it wouldn't cause the performance to drop.
Will do the things later today! :)

Even buying the exact same make and model RAM separately can have issues. RAM is best bought and used in matched kits, anything else you are doing your own experimenting and testing. With your RAM to get dual channel you want 16gb in each channel but there is no guarantees it will work.

The odd man out section covers this https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq...y-ram-and-xmp-profile-configurations.3398926/

So just buying another 16gb of RAM could cause the same problem and i should preferably get 2x 16gb RAM packaged in the same blister thingy right?
Will do another UB when i get around to taking out the RAM :)

Mixing RAM can cause various issues so buying another 16gb might work but could also give different problems, worst case the pc won’t even boot. As you already have the RAM let’s see if you can get it working ok.

The RAM is running at 2133mhz and not 3000mhz. Try switching on XMP / DOCP in the BIOS otherwise you might have to manually set it up.

gonna go into warzone now to see if the FPS issue is fixed and to monitore my cpu temperature
Edit: So the FPS issue is gone and my CPU temperature was about 60°C , often a little below or above
