Worth backing up program files when resetting computer?

I’m upgrading from 32 to 64bit and was wondering if i should backup all my program files? If not, what should I backup aside from personal documents.

You'll have to reinstall programs, (since you'll have to do a clean install). You cant copy them to something then paste them after you install 64 bit

Only things you can copy are docs,photos, contacts.. bookmarks
