Worth buying used qpu?

i found GTX 580 and HD 6970 for 120 dollars. Its in my country and same city. Seller sayd that used it about 2 years.

Depends on the price...

6970 is about 1/2 as powerful as a 7970 or R9 280x / 380x.

Tjhe GTX 580 might work well as a dedicated PhysX card if installed in the same system.
