[SOLVED] Worth flashing my BIOS?

My motherboard is currently on first F3 release:

Are the new features and updates worth the hassle? Also which one should I flash to.. Presumably not the beta right?

If you are having any specific issues that are addressed in a bios update, then you should probably consider updating. If there are features that you need, then update. Otherwise it is not really worth the risk.

I did my little notebook only because they fixed some major security issues. but i let the HP utility do it for me, and I STILL prayed that it would not brick my notebook... lol

I have updated bios for better memory overclocking, but in general its not a great idea.

Thank you, nothing like that going on so I'll just stick to current release - I'm upgrading from this old board soon anyway
