worth oc'ing tnt2 ultra

Hi all, i just found a program that lets me oc my tnt2u, is this worth doing and will i see more fps? I've taken the fan off the card and put a socket 7 one on instead so this should keep it cool, right?

And no i can't just upgrade my vid card cause non will work i've tried the geforce mx and rage fury maxx and neither of them worked, so i've just gotta oc and see what i get.

If you have no other option than go ahead and oc. I still have a 770ultra runnin at 195/235 and its just fine as long as dont jackup the resolution. Ican run Mech4 at 600x800 with high detail on my tbird 700@935. Thats not to shabby. Ihave a annihilator2 aswell, and while its faster Idont see much image quality improvement. The oc'ing will help but dont expect miracles. If anything think of it as an excuse to tinker until the NV20 doesnt cost more than my first car($500-'68 Dart, I'll miss it always) Oh yea, that socket fan is a great idea, have one on mine, good luck and happy fraggin.
