Worth of 100€ buying i7-3770K rather than i5-3570K

I'm thinking to update my old i7-940/P6T Deluxe V2 combo to newer hardware.

Only thing to choose is do I get more power with 100€ by choosing 3770K rather than 3570

My main usage of computer is mostly programming, photoshop, and some little gaming randomly.

The Ivy Bridges I7 will be a little better than the old I7 940 but not much. The I7 940 should still be more than enough for those things. What are your overall specs for the 940 computer?
