Hi, I'm planning to buy a gaming pc. found this online for 640$.
I searched for component's prices online and I will provide the lowest prices as brand new available in my country
SPECS:
I5 9400 170$
MSI GTX 1660 Ti double fan 300$
As-rock B360M-HDV 65$
Thermaltake Smart RGB 700W PSU 62$
Hyper X 1 stick 16 GB ram 60-90$
2 TB HDD 50-70
240 GB SSD 30-50$
Xigmatek triple fan RGB case 40-60$

Peripherals:
Ls24d332hsx/zn 24 inch monitor 170$
fantech keyboard 12-20$
generic gaming mouse 10-15$
Large generic mouse and keyboard PAD 5-10$

grand total=943-1055$ as brand new
He claims its used 5 months, Do you think is it a good deal?

I'd say that's a pretty good deal for all that. Given the current price of parts. Take the money saved and put a 1TB NVMe SSD in it.

Only thing is that PSU not very good. I'd be careful to make sure no BSODs or other errors in the system. No random shutdowns either. Or alternatively ask for flat 600 and buy new PSU from higher tier.
