[SOLVED] Worth the upgrade? Athlon x4 860k to a Ryzen 3 1200?

I am currently having fps problems with the rx 570 and a lot of people tell me that it might be a bottlencek, so I was wondering if upgradeing to a Ryzen 3 1200 would myb help?

I had the AMD Athalon x4 880k with a gtx 1060 and there was a bottleneck. I upgraded to a Ryzen 1700x and there was a significant performance improvement.
