Worth the Upgrade

I currently have an i5 3570k OCed to 4.2 Ghz with the MSI OCGenie on a z77a GD65 Gaming MOBO. I was wondering if it would be worth the cost to upgrade to a haswell CPU. This is primarily for gaming. I have a GTX 780 ti classy with a small OC running 1202 on boost. I don't think it is bottle necked by my CPU but I figured I would run it by the experts. If the upgrade is worth it, which Haswell would be the best for gaming? I like playing games like Rome 2, FPSes, and a slew of others. Right now into Kerbal Space Program, that game is great.

No it isn't worth it, You would have to get a new cpu and motherboard.
