Worth the upgrade?

Thinking of upgrading from a EVGA 560 ti Superclocked to a EVGA 760 Superclocked? Is it worth it?

Wouldn't you rather save a bit more and get a 970? Now that would be a significant upgrade.

For that amount of time wouldn't it be more convenient to get the 970? Opportunity cost and all that.
