Worth the upgrade?

I'm contemplating between these two graphic cards:
EVGA 012-P3-1570-AR GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card which is $339.99

OR

MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III PE/OC GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card which is $369.99.

Is the MSI card worth the extra $30?

They are both out of stuck, but the msi one has a better cooler on it and is clocked higher. The msi one also is very good for overclocking

I will choose gigabyte for his inclined fans and good heat dissipation. the performance is good too!

either the gigabyte or the MSi will be good choices, as the cooling is crazy good for either one. The twin frozr is undeniably good looking though, thats where my vote would be
