Worth Upgrade

I have a GTX 470 running on a 3570 with Samsung T240HD. Is the following video card worth upgrading to?

Hello... PASSmark scores 470=3481 660=4036... are you needing something more in a certain game or program?

power consumption wise, yes. performance, yes but not much. It is not a big performance jump but depends on your budget... Because if you can up that budget a bit, you can be better off with a 7870/7950. But if your into nvidia, look into a 670. If your budget doesn't allow, then go with 660/660ti.
