Im wanting to get better performance on more demanding games, and the 8320 is sorta bottlenecking my gtx 770. But basically would it be worth it to upgrade? Also, would it still bottle neck?

I personally would not go above a 8350 because the 9xxx run really hot and requires better cooling. I don't think a 8320 would bottleneck a 770. I think overclocking the 8320 would be a better choice.

Yes and No. What? If want the performance of 4.4 or 4.7 Ghz. Factory overclock Stable and good to go for 24/7.
And you do not want put in a lot of time leaning to OC an then do it, as well as have the money to get the right parts.
Then it will be worth it. Go for the 9590. Then you make sure calculate your total power Draw and get the right power supply with some extra ( Evga Supernova 1300 G2). Get the right Mobo (Asus Sabertooth R 2.0). You will need a big boy AIO or Custom liquid Cooling. 240mm or Bigger. Or you can get a top of the line air cooler (Thermaltake Frio Extreme). A large Midtower case at least with Boku airflow. Or a Full tower with plenty of airflow (Rosewill Blackhawk Ultra). As well as the other usual suspects to fill out the System. Don't forget a high end Video Card( R9 290x or 780Ti). For me the answer was Yes. Your other option is go with the 8320 and an Asus Sabertooth R 2.0 as well as the right Aio or custom loop or A Big time Massive Air Cooler. High airflow case ( big mid or full tower). A decent QUALITY Psu. You can then spend the time to learn and OC maybe to 4.7 or even 5.0 Ghz or so. So, Yes and No.

Its way worth it i had the 8320 overclocked to 4.5 for like a year straight and i was so disappointed in the performance. The 9370 because it has way better physics performance and single core performance destroys the 8320. I have seen huge fps increases since i switched. I turned off the boost and set the cpu at 4.7 with base wattage and it runs at 40c on load with my simple H60 watercooler. Also games like Battlefield 4 and world of warcraft dont lag my game anymore with allot of physics and spells going off. I don't get those performance hitches you get in allot of games that have allot of action on the cpu.
