Worth upgrading from ii x4 955?

Currently I got a x4 955 @3.8ghz running at a max of 56c paired with a xfx r9 280. Now I was wondering if it would be worth upgrading my cpu or not to a fx 6300 or fx 8350. From what I have seen there isn't much of a performance difference unless I'm wrong anyways thanks!

A i5 would be a better upgrade.

The 4460 is pretty good.

Worth is an individual consideration. No one can tell you if an upgrade is worth it to you. However, a current generation i5 would be a massive performance boost. You're rocking a 6 year old CPU right now, think about that. I would not bother with any of the current FX series at this point.
