unless you can find one at an exceptionally low price i wouldn't bother with such an upgrade.

a better option would be to put some more budget into it and do a complete upgrade to a higher tiered, newer generation CPU.

Upgrading cost of cpu is around 30$(exchanging 8400 to 8600k) and new Nvme will also cost me 25 to 30$

Hmmm ok then NVMe will do the job done....for fast boot etc.... afterwards jump to 11 or 12th gen right?
Disregard any "boot time" concept.

The difference between whatever SSD you have now and a new NVMe SSD is minimal. Not worth any hassle changing.
Just add a new drive for the extra space.

Or, just leave it as it is completely.
Apply those "NVMe funds" to a whole new system.

Thank you so much for detailed reply…😊 my daily usage is Photoshop, lightroom, smartalbums, adobe premiere and Gaming like frycry 6, cod etc i have no issues with this setup it is fast for me just had an option of upgrading one of them cpu or NVMe each will cost me 30$ the conclusion is that i should stay with current setup and upgrade to i7 9700k after few months right?? thanks brothers <3

Worth is a subjective thing.
Keep in mind that the cpu may need a new cooler.

So for around a 100 bucks you will get a bump in perf.
Yeah but i have cooler master 212 cooler so it will be used for any 8th 9th gen cpu....but now ill wait for i7 processor 8700k or 9700k too get cheaper 😉
