Worth Upgrading my EVGA 8800 GT SC edition?

I have a quad core, run evas 3 SLI Motherboard, 6 gb of ram, a 750 watt power supply, I have 1 HD and 1 Lightscribe dvd burner. I am wondering if it's time to upgrade the 8800 gt. I am also running a 23" 720 Dell HD monitor and play mostly COD Modern Warfare and a couple of MMO's.

If you can, find another one cheap and run them SLi'd until the second gen DX11 cards turn up.
