Worth upgrading ?

I have Time Warner cable with 20up/ 2down for the last 4 years I have had the factory modem
Cisco DPC/EPC2100 Cable Modem ( should be that one ) Up to 43 Mbps downstream and 10 Mbps upstream

I recently upgraded to a new router Netgear wifi router medol# N750 and My question is it worth buying a new modem?

I see this one on sale Motorola SB6141 SURFboard eXtreme DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem for $60

what time of improvement will I see if any in my internet or wifi connections ?

As long as your internet plan is under the 43Mb/s down, and 10Mb/s up you will not see any difference in getting a new modem.

Now Time Warner here in Austin is increasing my speeds to 100/10 for free next month because Google Fiber is moving to town. I'm assuming at that point it would be worth it to upgrade to that modem ? Of course time warner will be upgrading modems when they roll out the new speeds in my neighborhood.
