Worthwhile Upgrades or is it a waste?

My current System:

CPU: Core i5 3570
Memory: 10 GB of ram
Graphics: Radeon HD 7670
Power Supply: 600 Watt

Upgrades I'm debating:
Memory: Adding 8GB Ram
Graphics: Upgrading to GeForce GTX 1060
Upgrading Hard Drive to SSD (Samsung 850 EVO 500GB)

Why I want to do some upgrades:
Speed up my PC
Play emulators
PC games at 1080P (current games I'm playing; Cities Skylines) Would like to play GTA 5.

Would these upgrades be worthwhile?

The SSD and the GPU are amazing upgrades and well worth every penny. Your rig is still viable, enjoy it.

I have to ask though exactly what PSU you have, older garbage PSU's fade quickly and it might be time to think about something decent in the 500W range at the same time, especially since you are replacing the GPU.

The PSU is one that came with this HP machine. Would it be risky getting a new GPU with this old PSU?

HP isn't known for blowing a fortune on their PC power supplies. Servers... different story.

It's just worth 40-50 extra bucks to have some peace of mind with a new video card.
