Wot budget build

Hi guys, I am here because i would like to know what parts i need to build a gaming pc which will run games at medium-high settings (especially World of Tanks). My budget can vary, but i want it to be as low as possible, only the necessary parts to run WOT on high at 1080p.
PS: no need the case, because i bought one (Zalman ZM-T3) and the PSU (which will be a Zalman ZM-600LX 600 watts).
I need the ram, cpu, gpu, motherboard,hdd (a 7200rpm 1TB and a SSD at @120Gigs)
i will wait for suggeestions

WOT does not have a very high requirement so a budget build will likely do.

I'm from EU, Romania more exactly
thanks for the advice, but i think game debate's system requirements for world of tanks are quite old,as the game advances fast in versions, for example since i play world of tanks(a year and 2 months), the game changed very much, HD models for tanks were added, new tanks were added, maps etc.(about 6-7 big updates)
So i was asking for someone who plays the game and knows what resources this game can eat.
