Wot connect to monitor

I was messing around in my BIOS and I pressed something and now the computer turns on but it doesn't connect to the monitor. I've Reyes all possible connections, DVI, VGA, and HDMI. I use a Asus z97-a motherboard an i5 4690k, and an MSI GTX 970.

Have you tried clearing the BIOS?
