Would 3.2Ghz to 3.6Ghz over clock on a Phenom 955BE require an aftermarket cooler?

If I do a oc from 3.2 to 3.6GHz, is that a fairly large oc? Would it require a new Aftermarket cooler?

Yes an aftermarket cooler is ALWAYS recommended for overclocking. Even then, 3.6ghz is no guarantee.

depends, how hot is it currently getting when you stress test it? you want to keep it under 60C. If it stays under 60C when overclocked, then it's ok.
