Would 780 ti sli with titan black? They are pretty much same so it may be possible.

I have a 780 ti and i want to sli. I was initially going to buy 780 ti but for higher res. (like 4k) titan black will be better cuz 6 gb ram when i run single card. Since titan black is pretty much same card with same amount of unlocked cores on same chip with more ram and doubleprecision i thaught it may work.

Usually, even unequal processors of modern GPUs can work parallel to each other but mostly result in unwanted results concerning stability and visual output.

Also uncertified combinations may work but you can wait for benchmarks with SLI configurations in order to get an appropriate impression.

There is no possible way for that to work. You need exactly another GTX 780 Ti.

no sli has to be the same version of card, so your 780 ti can only be sli'd with another 780 ti.

I couldnt find any benchmaks on these cards sli and its been months since launch so i dont think there will be any. Normaly nvidia sli doesnt work with diifrent cards not like amd. But titan b may be count as same card.
