[SOLVED] Would a 350W PSU be enough for my build?

So, I am building a pc with the following specs:
Amd ryzen 5 3600
8gb ram ddr4 2666HZ
1tb HDD 7200RPM
GTX 1660
And I wanted to know if my old psu would be enough for all of this, else I would have to downgrade to an I5-9400f and buy a new PSU with the difference

That power supply shouldn’t be anywhere near a dedicated GPU, let alone a 1660. I’d try to save up and get proper parts. DDR 2666 will also cost quite a bit of performance and 8GB is gonna show in gaming as well.

So would you say an i5 9400f, 550W or so PSU and more 4gb RAM?

Wattage doesn’t matter so much, quality matters. 550 watts will be plenty. Can you get a 10400? 16GB is preferable but 12GB can work

I don't think that it is available anywhere where I live so imma just stick with the 9400f for the momen

That pc has about 150w on the 12v rail. So it really is a 150w psu, not 350w. And a really low quality one at that. It probably doesnt even have a pcie connector required.

550w is fine. 450w would also be fine. But you meed a quality psu

No power factor correction and only 144W on the +12V rail.

I can't even fathom how they concluded that's a 350W PSU except for to deceive customers.

It's a miracle that PSU hasn't already damaged your components. It should be taken out of commission as soon as possible.
