this is my power supply specs.. THERMALTAKE TR2 430W

DC OUTPUT +3.3V +5V +12V1 +12V2 -12V +5VSB.

OUTPUT CURRENT 22A 18A 18A 17A 0.3A 2.5A.

and my video card needs 20 amps on a +12v volt rail.
