Would a 520w Seasonic S12-II be enough to power my system?

I'm trying to build a gaming rig (first time). Here are my target specs:

Case: Cooler Master Elite 130
Mobo: Asus H81I-Plus
CPU : Intel Core i7 4770
RAM: 8 - 16GB DDR3
GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 970
HDD: 1 x 7200rpm 3 / 4TB
SSD: 1 x 128GB
ODD: 1 x DVD+RW

I'm shooting for a Seasonic S12-II, which is on TH's list of good PSU units.

Problem is, I dunno which one to get - there's a 520w version, and a 620w version. I don't want to have to pay for more than I'll use, and it's not like I can add more to the PC than that.

Will the 520w suffice?

nvidia recommends a minimum of 500w

though as you say thats a good psu and would probably be ok

i would probably go for the 620w though just to be safe and for future proofing

You'll be fine with 520 watts.
